Professional Indemnity Insurance

In accordance with the rules of the relevant professional bodies, the Black Maple entities are required to maintain professional indemnity insurance.

Details of the insurer and the nature and extent of cover are available for inspection at the registered offices of the relevant entity.

Email Communications Disclaimer

Emails sent by or on behalf of any Black Maple entity are confidential and intended solely for the use of the named recipient. If you have received a communication in error, please notify the sender immediately and delete all copies from your system. Unauthorised use, disclosure, copying, or distribution of any part of such communications is strictly prohibited.

The transmission of an email does not create or constitute a legally binding contract or agreement. No obligations, contractual or otherwise, shall arise from email correspondence unless and until a formal written engagement letter or agreement has been executed by the relevant Black Maple entity.

All professional services are subject to the formal written terms of engagement agreed between the relevant Black Maple entity and the client.

While reasonable precautions are taken, no Black Maple entity accepts liability for any loss or damage arising from viruses, malware, or other harmful content transmitted via email. Recipients are advised to carry out their own virus and security checks on any attachments received.

Recipients should be aware that email communications may be subject to interception or alteration. If you receive any communication requesting a change to bank account or payment details purportedly from a Black Maple entity, please verify such requests directly with your usual contact before taking any action. No Black Maple entity will accept liability for losses arising from fraudulent communications.
